Global Funds Management S.A. is a company organised as a "societe anonyme" and managed by a Board of Directors, Conducting Officers and additional staff.

The Board of Directors is in charge of defining the strategy and approving main decisions relating to the operating model, risk management and remuneration of the company and its employees. In order to support the execution of the strategy and the management of the day-to-day activities, the Board of Directors has appointed a Management Committee composed of Conducting Officers.
