Global Funds Management S.A. ("GFM") is a Luxembourg Management Company which is authorized and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF") in accordance with the Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010 transposing Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities.

It has also been authorized by the CSSF to act as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager as per the meaning of the Chapter 2 of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers.
